Pros

Vacation Time was 3 weeks at start. Moved for my wife's job, they kept me on as 100% remote, was able to move to 3 different places (2 different states).

Cons

IT Help Desk covers too many aspects, got treated for like call-center assistance rather than those with technical abilities. Dont get paid out for sick leave you don't use if you leave, which just undermines the work of a valued employee, not sure why those who don't have kids or get sick all the time are punished. This company is only worthwhile if you have a manager that sees eye-to-eye with you, you'll have to make sure you're going to a good department or you won't like it at CUNA.

Cons

High turnover on the DigComms team Annual/quarterly onsite requirement Management oversteps boundaries and gets way too familiar Forced "family" environment and performance reviews take a hit if you don't overly engage outside of work-related conversation
