Pros
-I had a job -I got a paycheck, always on time -Benefits aren't terrible
Cons
I wanted to stay with CUNA, after several years of service. It was not a priority to the company for current employees to succeed, and they made that clear towards the end of my tenure there. -ZERO opportunity for advancement, especially in Fort Worth office -The management team drives team members apart rather than together, overall the managers seem to be insecure and degrade staff in attempt to diminish value (including but not limited to race, sex, or religion) -Any attempt to resolve concerns (even if going above manager) goes to manager for their version of assistance. If you have address a direct manager concern to senior management, they will tell the manager no only the concern, but who had issues
