Pros

Even before the pandemic, they were open to remote work. There is a real commitment to DEI. The culture is friendly, informal, and collaborative.

Cons

Some business areas can hire as many employees as they need, while others have too much work to do anything innovative. Senior executives have celebrity status and big decisions come from the top, often with very little notice. Lower-level employees are frequently surveyed and asked to voice their opinions, but then no real changes come from that feedback. Frequent changes to the org structure have little impact but can be very disruptive. The technology available to employees has never been cutting edge, but has improved somewhat in the past five years.
