Pros
Balance is what I miss most often. I had a great boss too. There's good exposure to new tools, technology, and many smart people for those who give a damn about learning and self-development.
Cons
Limited opportunity for advancement. Favoritism was real and obvious. Had to leave to create my own growth - it worked.
