Pros
Good coworkers. Good Work life balance. Pretty good pay transparency. Decently competitive pay. 8 sick days a year, birthday month pto day, new floating day off (your pick), plus regular pto.
Cons
Regular pto is 15 days a year to start. You can rollover 5 days to the next year. Big steps in years worked to get more pto. Not terrible for a con, but just wanted to make it known.
