Pros
This company is where I started by first engineering job and I could not be more grateful for it. I work on a great team that deals with a number of technology tools that has made me extremely well versed just in my first year alone. Most managers support the growth of each employee whether that means advancing in your current position, transitioning to another or simply using the resources offered to learn new skills. It's amazing that in 2023 the company is still offering fully remote work to its employees without the fear of needing to return back to office. I understand why people join this institution and stay for 10+ years. Go TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group)
Cons
The company dragged its feet with renegotiating a contract with the union which has left all union employees without a raise and struggling financially. As of 12/7/2023 a tentative agreement was reached between TruStage and the workers union but this has been a con for sure, not knowing if you'll continue working on the same salary as the price of living continues to go up :/
