Pros

Decent medical and dental insurance

Cons

Do yourself a favor and stay away! If you like the environment that fosters innovation, growth and adaptability, this place is exactly where new ideas come to die. At the end of the day it’s all about legacy employees and leadership, very guarded towards anything new or change. Lots of layoffs and more coming, don’t trust the “employee centric culture”, it’s all a lip service. They are very passionate about DEI or at least creating that impression in the media, just not any other part of employee well being, like access to proper training or growth opportunities, or simply any kind of confidence to have a job tomorrow, despite what you are being told. Lack of culture of direct, transparent communication, avoidance of conflict at all costs, which leads to more wasted time and false expectations. Not open to new competent talent because it threatens the legacy staff that relies on politics and old connections to stay around.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
