Pros
The startup I used to work for was great before TruStage bought it. That was the only pro.
Cons
When TruStage took over, my pay was capped at an amount below what I was already making. I was told that I can never get a raise at this company, and I'm earning a below average salary. There are no opportunities for advancement, so I'm stuck. Inflation will continue to skyrocket, but my salary will stay the same. I have no choice but to look elsewhere for other opportunities. I've had a second job for the whole four years I've had this job, but suddenly it's an issue. If I have an occasional meeting with my other job, it's a "violation." I can't get a raise; I can't have a second job...what am I supposed to do? It's like they want me to quit. Things keep getting re-organized and re-branded. People are leaving and people are being laid off. I've had four different bosses in about a year, and I've been on three different teams. My supervisor asks other people to do my job. There are constant meetings, and more get added to my calendar every day, but nothing gets done and nobody knows what's going on. My current supervisor micro-manages everything I do. I work remotely, but if I block off time on my calendar for a personal appointment, he emails me demanding to know why.
