Pros

Some great, talented colleagues who are dedicated and hard-working. The company used to have a positive culture, focused on employee well-being and collaboration.

Cons

The new CEO has drastically changed the culture for the worse. There’s now an overwhelming emphasis on unrealistic goals and constant pressure, leading to widespread burnout. Employee morale is at an all-time low. Long hours are now the norm, and there’s little concern for work-life balance. Leadership’s focus seems to be purely on short-term profits at the expense of employee well-being. Lots of reductions and the remaining employees are overloaded. The supportive, collaborative environment that once existed has been replaced by a toxic culture of fear. Upper management is out of touch with what’s happening at the ground level and seems unconcerned about the impact these changes are having on the workforce

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
