More emphasis on meeting future ambitions than retaining employees (have eliminated a substantial amount of employees between 2023- 2024), on the guise their role/ tasks being performed are no longer needed, then requiring they document the steps to perform their role/ tasks prior to their last date worked. No leadership accountability - evasive, hidden agendas. Leaders placed in Senior Manager roles and above without leadership experience.
