WFH and uncapped self managed time off Rest of company people were nice. Annuity department is the one to avoid.

• Promises made during hiring—about earnings, targets, and culture—don’t match reality. Be careful! • Sales expectations (75 dials or 6 conversations daily) don’t match current territory potential. Even when goals are met, focus shifts to the highest number. • Feedback is treated as complaining, and questions about decisions aren’t welcomed. • Team members feel the need to be cautious. Leadership are more focused on protecting themselves than building trust.
