Cons
Most of the Regional Management has no idea what they're doing. The Marketing Department is imploding from the inside out due to a Regional Marketing Member with a 3rd grade education who's sole purpose is to go to meetings and fail to relay the information to her fellow team. She also has a superiority complex that Management fails to see and consistently works 4 days a week while putting the brunt of the work on her small staff. However, Truckee refuses to do anything about this because their entire business philosophy is to get unqualified people into positions they feel honored to be in and give them pay significantly below industry standards because they know the individual will never leave.
