Pros

The owners/investors seem to care about the staff with comped meals, fun money, and family type environment..

Cons

What the owners/investors don't know is that the management is horrible. They treat the remaing staff like garbage, while running amuck themselves. Which is strange because it says no judgment on the door. If you're in the cliche..you can huddle with them..otherwise don't bother saying goodmorning.

Pros

If you enjoy not having a life outside of work this place is for you

Cons

Long hours, no breaks. No support given. Rules given by leadership but then the leadership does not abide by them but expects everyone else to. No 401k. Constantly changes heath insurances and each time it gets worse. Negative work environment. No team environment.
