Unlimited PTO and benefits, but growing pains ahead - Anonymous employee Trucordia Employee Review

Trucordia acquired our company a few years ago, and the promise from our owners at that time was that it would be a smooth transition and that Trucordia would take good care of us and continue to support us in the same way we had been for years. I am happy to say that that was all true, and that Trucordia truly cares about their employees and supports us with everything we need. I also went through their producer training program, which was phenomenal. Trucordia also brings in lunches, gives away tickets to concerts and sports, provides breakroom snacks, and has a rich benefit package. I truly feel like they care about us. So far things have been great.

There are so many opportunities for collaborating and cross selling, and after a few years we still aren't there yet to where the different companies within Trucordia are working together.

GOOD BENEFITS AND HAVE 401K

NO SUPPORT AS WILL NOT HIRE ADDITIONAL CSAs; do not care about servicing existing clients or if they lose existing clients; focusing on new business/production. Don't look at how much revenue they lose in a given year only look at new business/production.
