Work people to death - Server True Food Kitchen Employee Review

Not enough people staffed - it was normal for over half the staff to be on a double. I worked several doubles in a row without being asked. Management was very reluctant to hire new people. There is no food runner, and a few people end up running the food while the rest of the servers avoid it. Management was rarely around and sometimes condescending when issues arose. Never felt welcome.
