Don’t work here. - Server True Food Kitchen Employee Review

Management is absolutely horrible. I’ve been a server since I was 16 years old- i’m now 20 years old, and this restaurant is the ONLY one i’ve ever quit. Actually, only job that i’ve walked out on, EVER. The management has a superior God-like complex. Management was very rude, disrespectful, and unorganized. There were days I was scheduled open to 4pm and would leave at 8 pm without the management getting involved or letting me know. Management was so poor, i’ve had a customer actually tell me that they’re not interested in dining in again because of how they treat their servers. I watched management pull out one of my coworkers to the back and scold her one by one (and yes that includes you trainers.) and had her quit the next day. Keep in mind- each server that was a minority somehow got less hours and respect. I’m confident enough to say that this company is racist, values their money more than their workers, and are disrespectful. I also worked over 45 hours one week and never got paid for it. Therefore, True Food Kitchen- Columbus, look forward to hearing from me soon because i worked hard for that money :)
