Pros
Generally well organized; great training. Luxury to move to different cities/different restaurants, if you're into changing your scenery and not getting burnt out with particular team.
Cons
Benefits are not great. Long long hours. Definitely depends on how strong your team is and if the restaurant is high volume. It seems like they put a lot of pay into marketing and care less about the actual health/livelihood of the managers taking care of their most profitable restaurants they own.
