Supportive colleagues and a genuinely meaningful mission helping vulnerable populations. The culture among teammates was positive and collaborative, and there was a good amount of autonomy in managing your day-to-day work.

Sales leadership could provide more structure and support around enterprise outbound strategy and pipeline development. The product offering is relatively simple and narrow, which can make it challenging to generate interest with new prospects without a broader platform or additional features. Communication around expectations and performance could also be clearer.
