They are very picky about who they hire it seems but lately choose unreliable people and walkouts continue to happen. We still get awesome people who join the workforce eventually! You cannot work with family members or spouses under the same boss. It does get hot in the summer but we are provided free Gatorade and fans. With the addition of solar power we can rest assured we will always have lighting and fans no matter what happens the the power grid in our area.
