Decent pay, bad work environment - Production Line Worker True Manufacturing Employee Review

Extremely hot inside building (no AC), some areas with lots of machinery or ovens to dry painted parts reach well over 100 degrees on hot days. Can't say for entire building, but my coworkers, with the exception of maybe three, did not pull their fair share of the workload. Often I was forced to do the most labor/unpleasant tasks because no one else wanted to do them. Management didn't seem to mind though, unless I made a mistake in which case they were quick to scold me. Overall, environment is unpleasant physically and promotes a 'just-enough-to-get-by' work style. Also, most positions are pretty physically demanding and require you to be on your feet for the near the entirety of an 11 hour workday, but we were given less than one hour total in breaks.
