Pros

Small family owned oil company. Very personable and small company. You are not just a number like at other oil companies.

Cons

True Oil, LLC does not seem to have a real specialty in any particular area. Because they do it all they don't really have one particular area of focus that they perform better at than other companies in their industry. Slow to adapt to changes. Very stuck in they ways they have operated in the past and very hesitant to change.

Great company culture depending on the company you work for... There is a lot of growth and opportunity within all of the True companies

Cons

Pay is below market - benefits are good but it doesn't make up for what we take home every two weeks to support our families.
