Pros
Growing company now with the backing of Fujitsu, allows for growth successfully. A lot of long time employees with the company which indicates a good working environment. Work from home, or remote, option is available to some. Employer knows that the employees are the key to success.
Cons
Medical benefits are somewhat high in employee cost. However, employer works to keep the rates as low as possible - recently absorbing an increase in rate rather than passing along to employee.
