Pros
I RARELY do ratings on anyone or anything, but I felt the need to speak on behalf of TrueNet. I have experienced nothing but a relatively positive environment with open communication and reasonable accommodation. TrueNet seems to utilize a common sense approach to scheduling, so they are flexible if you have a family. There are opportunities to work from home and I have been able to do so as needed. I have seen multiple and regular opportunities for advancement, especially if you are able to relocate or at least travel. It is NOT a stagnant environment and there is something new to learn every day. The environment I have experienced is casual with a "roll up your sleeves and get your job done" culture with a common sense attitude. In my experience, management, especially upper levels, are approachable and available. TrueNet is always open to new ideas and processes and values feedback. I have noticed (and it is impossible not to) that the company is growing rapidly.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly so there are some bumps in the road here and there.
