Cons
Hard to feel ownership on products—many coming and going in short periods of time. Although products for clients are usually very different, the work feels a bit monotonous. Not enough personal development opportunities, but mostly because of budgets and cost prohibitive reasons. "Grounded in Christian worldview" from company values does not resonate with all employees.
