Pros

Great pool of talented people that are committed to building great software. A lot of focus on employee happiness and health, flat leadership structure that makes everyone very approachable and it's easy to convey thoughts and needs. Very clean and well kept office with all essentials covered, provide desks that can be lifted for standing which is a great feature compared to other employers. Free gym in building which is very nice, lots of lunch options around if you're looking to get away from your desk.

Cons

Somewhat limited opportunities because of aforementioned flat org structure and the fact that this is a small company, somewhat heavy on process for its size as well.

- risky business model - no career path - management is secretive until the big reveal of plans - that aren’t always followed through - company culture isn’t great as a virtual company
