Pros
Culture of being open to new ideas and being a relatively flat or "round" organization; easy access to management and leadership; strength of service offerings as a result of emerging as a product development firm that includes design, research, and engineering; the people here are incredibly sharp and really take ownership over innovating within the company; there is a continual conversation between those who sell our work and those who execute our work (part of what makes it a flat organization)
Cons
two office spaces--one downtown and one in Cranberry, however we will be combining to one in the near future; would like more formal professional development opportunities (i.e. conference attendance); can be difficult as a designer to get a traditionally engineering-focused company to re-design from within--we are making progress though and it's an opportunity for engineering team members to see the design process in action first hand.
