Pros
- Scheduling and time-off is very generous and lax - CEO Paul pulled us out of a financial rut when the company was losing money left and right under the previous CEO - HR will do anonymous culture checks to make sure you're happy - The work is easy, and they we are staffed generously -Several people who were once grunt level positions back in my day got promotions into leadership
Cons
- Significantly worsening micromanagement over the past year - Toxic finger-pointing culture both from management and peers. This has led to the creation of several divided factions in the office. Not just mgmt vs. peers, but also peers vs. peers. - Leadership lacks accountability and will put the blame on you instead of acknowledging their fault in poor communication (I got yelled at for a he said do this vs. they said do this)
