Pros

There is pros to work here

Cons

I've observed that the company culture prioritizes performance metrics over employee well-being, leading to burnout and an unsustainable work environment. Employees are not allowed to use their sick days off . The expectation of working six days a week leaves little room for personal time, impacting work-life balance. Additionally, the workplace conditions, both inside and outside the branch, are subpar, affecting overall morale and creating an unpleasant experience for colleagues and customers alike.
