Pros

Perfect for those who want to be in the office 5x a week

Cons

Horrible and selfish leadership that promote incredibly toxic culture. Promotions are only given if the person in the level above you leaves, so plan on waiting a while. Seems like hard workers are often laid off due to leadership feeling threatened by them. Moral is incredibly low and leaders do a great job at discouraging growth. A lot goes on behind closed doors, lots of back stabbing and office politics. Overall benefits were lowered (i.e. 401k match decrease, ESPP decrease, medical premiums increased, etc.) Bonus targets have been silently lowered. Leadership only wants to know "how can you help me" rather than "how can I help you help us". Teammate development is non-existent. The majority of people don't know what's going on because managers are not transparent. Teamwork is hard to find because everyone's keeping their cards close to their chest because disclosing anything will make them lose their value. Everyone is replaceable. If you want a career and not a job, get out!

Pros

Great benefits and pay with very good training programs, lots of opportunities for growth

Cons

The culture struggles to figure itself out after the big merger. Lots of senior employees were bitter about younger/new hires getting paid well. Lots of dealing with hierarchal mindsets that get in the way of the actual work.
