Pros

I have been working at Truist for 2 years it is a company that cares about you. Gives days to stay home with your kids due to covid and school closing, bonus and git cards. Truist has a very good package of benefits. Health insurance with $500 deductible, excellent life insurance, 401k contributions and disability as well. If you want to be in lending you can learn a lot here. I totally love truist

Cons

There is a lot turnover, branches are always short. You have to answer the phone while with client, if you don't performed they will tell you know... and gives you opportunities. There is a merger right now with Suntrust and they are not doing it the best way. trainnig is really poor and system is age stone. You learn with clients and mentors for a week, after that... good luck

Pros

The company only focus is to make money, they don’t care about their employees, they only care about clients that have money in there account, just to trying to get them to only bank with them and to move money from other banks to them! They will run you out the door and make you miserable! Nothing good to say only good that came was from it was a paycheck.

Cons

It’s all about money and selling a product! Everything is a sales tactic on because no matter what you do it’s never good enough they just expect you to do more without paying you more. They will literally drain you until you have nothing left! Just don’t do it! Dont apply it’s not worth it!
