      Great Community Involvement Diversity and Inclusion Time Off

      Bonus Structure is almost unattainable Management pushes Deposit and Lending Growth and has some of the most unfavorable rates for clients. Culture and Values (Reality vs Actuality) Say great things, but management pushes you to sell products that may not be favorable to the clients.
