BB&T Was Better - Anonymous employee Truist Employee Review

Laid-back BB&T culture (at least my dept) was gone after the merger without a requisite raise to deal with added stress. It was a great place to work, with excellent professionals. Could be due to trying to social distance merge and I hope it gets better.
