      I have lost all my reasons to work at Truist. In less than 4 years working for this company, I have lost all my motivation and encouragement to continue with Truist.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment, never ending short staffing, low income, expensive health insurance! The question is, why even consider working at Truist!
