Pros

The main positive aspect of working here is the opportunity to meet and collaborate with great colleagues. Additionally, the occasional time spent off the phone provides a brief but appreciated reprieve from the usual demands of the role.

Cons

The new management team appears to show favoritism, prioritizing certain individuals while overlooking others' contributions. The job is highly demanding, and management tends to focus more on supporting fellow management rather than addressing team-wide concerns. There is a noticeable inconsistency in accountability; high-performing employees are often let go, while others who frequently fail to meet expectations are given repeated chances. Despite claims of prioritizing mental health, the company’s practices don't align with these values, leaving employees feeling unsupported. Additionally, there is limited room for growth, making it challenging for employees to envision a long-term career path within the organization. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, with shifts ranging from 6 AM to 7 PM and no flexibility in scheduling. Employees are only allotted 80 hours of vacation annually, which is restrictive for such a demanding role.
