I liked working at Trulife because it was so close to home. It was a stable paycheck.

Cons

The area where I worked had been downsized so much that there weren't really any clear roles. 5 or 6 people were doing the work of what used to be a 10 or 12 person crew. Everyone had at least 3 jobs and shifted between them so when one person was gone, everyone's workload increased. Management wasn't happy with how slow we put out material but wouldn't hire anyone else to lighten the load.

Great quality products that are well made.

Cons

High turnover due to poor management. Can’t keep outside sales reps. They all end up leaving after they realize how management is. This makes it hard for inside reps and customers. USA management needs to change.
