Pros

I can't think of one redeeming quality about working for trustaff.

Cons

Leadership team is unethical, inter-office relationships cloud judgement, sexual harassment goes on without repercussions from HR, bullying and intimidation tactics are used by management to control employees. Pay is terrible, benefits are possibly the worst benefits you can receive (I think homeless people have better benefits) they treat employees as if they are worthless, they re-use travelers that have failed tests and had reports of misconduct. Corporate culture is centered on a team of the most unethical, misogynist men I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Hard workers are overlooked and treated like dirt while mid-level managers play in between micro managing their staff.

Pros

Great work life balance, managers who genuinely care, and great business partnerships with a growing brand that vendors and healthcare professionals trust. The staff is knowledgeable, and leadership listens to and addresses concerns.

Cons

Healthcare staffing, many of the challenges are driven by market conditions rather than internal issues. Normal stressors involved in a sales role.

Pros

I liked some of my coworkers, unfortunately they all quit.

Cons

I will keep this short and sweet, when i noticed issues within this company I should have listened to the people telling me to leave. I stayed way longer than I should have. My experience here was basically becoming good at the trade and then getting metaphorically stepped on 50 different ways. Being in a production role here is a lousy use of your time on earth. I will never be a cog in a nurse recruiting machine again. Terrible experience, but it showed me what to avoid in the future.
