Pros
Great people (non-management). Company hosts employee appreciation (ice cream truck, catered lunches, etc.). High profit organization. growth mode (leading travel nurse agency). CEO great guy but involved in other business ventures and not "hands-on" day-to-day perspective with rank and file. Making a "boat load of $$$$$" so cycling employees may not be major concern.
Cons
Mid and Sr. Management tends to be buddies from high school, high school friends, friends of President(s) or CEO. Executive management comments "Paid my dues" so a few spend days playing corn hole or ping pong. President over travel bit of a Neapolitan complex. Most mid and senior management lucky to be friends or family since would have very tough time getting job outside this company. Company contribution to benefits very poor. HR pretty much does what ever executive management says.
