Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please accept our sincerest apologies. We take these accusations very seriously. These actions do not represent the mission and vision of trustaff as a whole. We try our hardest to provide a safe and productive environment for all our employees by doing background checks on employees during the hiring process. We will have our leadership team immediately follow up with the HR department. Please reach out to Amy Hertsenberg at ahertsenberg@trustaff.com if you have any additional concerns.

Pros

Great work life balance, managers who genuinely care, and great business partnerships with a growing brand that vendors and healthcare professionals trust. The staff is knowledgeable, and leadership listens to and addresses concerns.

Cons

Healthcare staffing, many of the challenges are driven by market conditions rather than internal issues. Normal stressors involved in a sales role.

Pros

I liked some of my coworkers, unfortunately they all quit.

Cons

I will keep this short and sweet, when i noticed issues within this company I should have listened to the people telling me to leave. I stayed way longer than I should have. My experience here was basically becoming good at the trade and then getting metaphorically stepped on 50 different ways. Being in a production role here is a lousy use of your time on earth. I will never be a cog in a nurse recruiting machine again. Terrible experience, but it showed me what to avoid in the future.
