Pros
Certain departments have great leadership that create opportunities for career development. Again, this varies by department but there is flexibility on schedules and work/life balance. PTO package is great but it is setup to reward tenured employees so you’ve gotta stick it out a few years to get more than 2 weeks. There is a 401k match. Health benefits arent bad, you can get a basic high deductible plan at a low cost and but you have to buy up for lower deductible plan. You can get your haircut for free twice a month and a massage once a month at work for free. There’s a free employee lunch once a month.
Cons
Unprofessional demeanor of co-workers (and a few team leaders) that kill the positive, solutions oriented culture that others try to foster. Opportunities for longterm growth are lacking which is discouraging as the starting pay isn’t that great either. For a driven person with high aspirations this place won’t cut it after 2 or 3 years.
