Pros

Pay is decent as long as you know you're doing well. When there is a crises, nurses come running.

Cons

Nurse pay is far too low and the facilities we work with are very limited and CONSTANTLY pull contracts. We were told new hires would have six months to get on board and build up their clientele but the company has implemented a new rule every week that is pushing new recruits out rapidly because they hired far too many at once when we don't have nurses willing to work for our rates. We get blamed because the facilities won't pay nurses higher, so we're told we're not trying hard enough and not giving it our all. Senior recruiters constantly break terms of engagement and face absolutely no repercussions, which results in new recruiters missing out and not having nurses when it comes end of the month and metrics are tallied up. You feel like you're doing really well at only two or three months in but are then compared to senior staff who have had nurses working with them for years and made to feel like a failure. With all of the changes in rules, each training group learns major things the previous ones did not and instead of teaching the previous groups, new staff are held to ridiculous standards even senior staff don't have to abide by.

Pros

Great work life balance, managers who genuinely care, and great business partnerships with a growing brand that vendors and healthcare professionals trust. The staff is knowledgeable, and leadership listens to and addresses concerns.

Cons

Healthcare staffing, many of the challenges are driven by market conditions rather than internal issues. Normal stressors involved in a sales role.

Pros

I liked some of my coworkers, unfortunately they all quit.

Cons

I will keep this short and sweet, when i noticed issues within this company I should have listened to the people telling me to leave. I stayed way longer than I should have. My experience here was basically becoming good at the trade and then getting metaphorically stepped on 50 different ways. Being in a production role here is a lousy use of your time on earth. I will never be a cog in a nurse recruiting machine again. Terrible experience, but it showed me what to avoid in the future.
