Pros
Some friendly people work there. It would be nice to be able to socialize with them a bit more. Occasional give aways.
Cons
"Training" is a joke - sloppy, uninformative, spends entirely too much time on the wrong areas. You'll feel persecuted to ask a question, even if others want the same clarification. It's obvious to see why there's so much turnover. No one feels adequately prepared to do their job. Negative people with bad attitudes and conniving ways are prized, even if they're not pulling in more money. Plenty of back stabbing going on. Management doesn't care as long as calls are adequate. Quantity is king. No emphasis on or appreciation for quality. The "turn and burn" mindset runs rampant internally and externally. Loads of excuses from management. To succeed here: be cutthroat, don't invest additional effort, follow the status quo.
