Pros
trustaff has been my second family for over 10 years. I came from another travel company and semi-burned out at the position that I was hired for. I talked with my Supervisors and they were willing to move me to another department without hassle. It turned out to be a better fit for me and I've continued to grow within the organization. That is one of the many great things about this company. It's growing everyday so there are different opportunities available to you if you come in with a positive attitude, willing to put in the time, and good worth ethic. They treat their employees very well compared to other companies that I've worked for and are invested in each employee that works here.
Cons
Medical benefits aren't cheap but that is the case in a lot of other organizations nowadays, so it really isn't a true con.
