Pros

I have worked full-time for trustaff for a few years now and it's exactly the transition I needed from my previous employment. trustaff treats their employees very well. I've always felt like my voice is heard when I need to speak to management or otherwise. I'm positively motivated and I feel respected. This company is growing every day but I never feel diminished by that growth, I feel like I'm growing with it. There is opportunity for advancement and if that doesn't work out the way you expected, you're treated like a valuable employee and they will find somewhere else that better suits you! You are not treated like you're easily replaceable. I love trustaff. I hope to be here for many many more years. If you work hard and are dedicated, trustaff management will work hard and stay dedicated to your success!

Cons

There are downfalls in any company that grows as fast as trustaff has. trustaff is doing their part to remedy all issues and when we move buildings, we'll have much more space and I assume less complaining. You'll always have a few sour employees who don't try and expect to be handed their success on a silver platter. Unfortunately for them, that's not how it works. Someone will always make excuses and complain but no one gets anywhere with a bad attitude. I guess really the only cons are the ones we create for ourselves. Attitude is key. If you have a bad attitude, you will find flaw anywhere.

Pros

Great work life balance, managers who genuinely care, and great business partnerships with a growing brand that vendors and healthcare professionals trust. The staff is knowledgeable, and leadership listens to and addresses concerns.

Cons

Healthcare staffing, many of the challenges are driven by market conditions rather than internal issues. Normal stressors involved in a sales role.

Pros

I liked some of my coworkers, unfortunately they all quit.

Cons

I will keep this short and sweet, when i noticed issues within this company I should have listened to the people telling me to leave. I stayed way longer than I should have. My experience here was basically becoming good at the trade and then getting metaphorically stepped on 50 different ways. Being in a production role here is a lousy use of your time on earth. I will never be a cog in a nurse recruiting machine again. Terrible experience, but it showed me what to avoid in the future.
