Pros
Branches are clean. The branch managers were nice, administration is horrible though.
Cons
Teller pay is bad and there’s no negotiating. They favor Hispanics. They will fire you if you sneeze wrong. The training is a joke and you will be unprepared if you don’t have a good lead teller. You pretty much have to teach yourself everything and as soon as you finally get it all, then BOOM, they fire you and won’t tell you why.
