Pros
I’ve worked for other places and I like this place. They support you if you want to grow and move up in the company. It’s not easy. You have to work. It’s frustrating. They’re behind the times in ways. But they have your back too. They don’t motivate by fear and don’t have unrealistic goals. .
Cons
They are behind the times, so be prepared to be frustrated. The goals are the same across the board, which isn’t right. A branch in Albany shouldn’t have the same goals as a branch in Backwoods Countryville. But they do. And the pay isn’t where it should be. It’s gotten better, but it’s still below other banks.
