You will be expected to work many extra hours. There is no work-life balance at all. It's all Trustco all the time. Unfortunately, the hourly pay is less than the norm even for an area that trends less than average overall in any pay category, and the overtime is the only thing that evens that out...somewhat. So you can have any kind of life at all...or you can work at Trustco. You can't have both.
