some of the managers and supervisors that should be helping you don't know how to help you so they tell you to ask a different department to get an answer on what to do to help a customer, sometimes you have to figure things out yourself because none of the other departments have an answer... even though they have been working there for a long time and you cant have customers waiting too long, no job security because they can and will fire you whenever they want without any reason.
