      I am not sure where to even begin!! Management is horrible. Corporate has no idea what actually goes on in the branches. Many people in positions they are not adequately trained for. It is mess and that starts from the top on down.

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Cons

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
