      Culture is laid back and friendly, almost informal. My managers were great, supportive, and engaging, along with the team overall. Benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Training could be more hands-on, less classroom-like, and more engaging. Ran into instances where some members were so horrible, entitled, and took advantage of our kindness.

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Cons

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
