      Only cares about the money they make and not the members they can help Looks for the cheapest option instead of the right one Management has a lot of dead weight Sales is the only thing important to the C suite Sexist comments at the Christmas parties by the entertainment yet they keep hiring them

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Cons

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
